Born and Raised in Portsmouth, Virginia I developed a passion for cooking at an early age.  I would create recipes to cook for me and my younger brother to try.  As I grew older my love would expand to mastering various cooking cuisines such as Southern BBQ, Traditional Soul Food, Italian and a bit of Asian.  I began to share this love with my son where we begin to further perfect our own seasoning and flare to our dishes.  From here...we decided to create "Too U Niq" catering to share our culinary inventions with the world.
